Let's compare the Security+ vs the CC certification and which is better for beginners

Should you take the CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC certification? ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป

If you havenโ€™t already heard, the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) Certification is a relatively new beginner-level cybersecurity certification created by ISC2, which is known for their CISSP certification.

๐ŸŒ The CC Certification is meant to prove you have the foundational knowledge, skills and abilities for an entry or junior level cybersecurity role. Plus, ISC2 is currently providing FREE training and exam voucher for the CC Certification to reach their pledge of 1 million free ISC2 CC courses & exams. This is one of the biggest reasons to take the certification exam now while this offer exists.

๐Ÿ’ผ The CompTIA Security+ is the most popular beginner level cybersecurity certification with the most number of mentions in cybersecurity job listings/qualifications for beginners. If youโ€™ve done any research on cybersecurity certs, you should already know about the Sec+.

In my most recent video, weโ€™ll cover the differences between these two certifications including what the exam topics cover, any overlaps, which certification you should take, as well as job outcomes of both certs.
